If your website is made using WordPress then yes! Before we onboard a client's website onto a care plan that wasn't made by us, a website audit is required and does cost $100. Whether we decide to put you on a care plan or not does depend on a few technical factors hence why an audit is required. If we decide not to put you on a care plan, that's ok, because you'll receive your own report of the website audit which has loads of value just alone.
Unless you know how to maintenance a website yourself or want to risk your website being hacked or not performing properly, it is essential to have your website maintained on a regular basis. See more about this here.
Depends on your needs. If you only want to prevent your website from being hacked and want to keep it low cost - you'll be safe on the Maintain Care Plan. If you require small changes for your website each month and would like better speed optimisation - we recomend the Optimise Care Plan. If you think your website is constantly changing and you have a high demand for website changes - the Accelerate Care Plan would be perfect for you. This Care Plan also has a strategy call included every month which will help steer your digital strategy in the right direction every month.
Currently we do not host any websites. Although we don't host websites, however, we still do recomend the best hosting solutions.
Site changes are minor changes made to your website. Anything beyond a minor change will be out of Care Plan's scope and will require a seperate project. Here are what small changes include:
- Fixing or adding any minor design changes
- Uploading content (e.g. a blog post or testimonial)
- Replacing outdated images
3-5 site changes includes between 3-5 of the changes above. We will let you know if what you require is out of the scope of your current Care Plan.
Yes, we offer unlimted website changes which can be super handy. Keep in mind, site changes are minor changes. Find more informaiton in the question above this one.
The purpose of a backup is to prevent any lost website data. A backup is when a duplicate copy of your website is made just in case any unexpected changes occur or if your website is hacked. If something unintended happens to your website, one thing we do is take the last backup of your website and make it your current one. This stresses the importance of backing-up your website on a regular basis - we back up your website at least once a day. If you don't backup your website and something happen, it'll be unlikely to get your website the way it was before any issues occured. You need to backup your website.
There has been research done that the slower your website is the higher the risk of losing conversions (which includes leads and sales). The aim of our speed optimisation service is to keep your website loading lower than 3 seconds. What is involved and the complexity of the process depends on your website.
After each month, you'll receive a PDF report with information about the activity of your website during the month. The report will include things such when back ups were made, if there was any down-time your website ect. The point of the monthly report is you can see what's going on, without having to get your hands dirty.
Up-time monitoring means that we always have an eye on your website. If your website goes offline, we'll know straight away and we will diagnose the problem before you even see the issue.
